Why corporate yoga works (when other wellness perks don't)

Most corporate wellness programs fail because they're optional. A free fruit bowl, a monthly walking challenge, an annual retreat — they signal care without changing behavior.
Weekly yoga is different for one reason: it gets blocked on the calendar.
A 45-minute class, every Tuesday, with the same instructor, in the same room, with the same five colleagues — that's a habit. After three months, it's no longer a perk. It's how Tuesday works.
That's the only mechanism that produces real change.
