A two-minute breathwork pattern for stressful meetings

Before your next stressful meeting, try this:
- Inhale through the nose for 4 counts
- Hold for 4 counts
- Exhale through the nose for 4 counts
- Hold empty for 4 counts
- Repeat 4 times
This is "box breathing" — used by Navy SEALs and ER doctors. It activates your parasympathetic nervous system within 90 seconds. You'll feel the difference.
